Ministry of earth sciences inaugurates rooftop solar system

Ministry of earth sciences (MoES) has partnered with CleanMaxSolarto adopt solar energy at its centre in Pune as well as its subsidiary entities across the country. Indian Insti¬tute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) in Pashan inaugurated its 230.4 kWp rooftop solar power plant on Friday. The plant was inaugurated recently by M Rajeevan, secretary, ministry of earth sciences, in the presence of professor Ravi S Nanjundiah, director, IITM, Pune.
